Smell- sweet, very lemony, quite soft drinky. Foam- thin, lemon, sweet, sugary. Head is medium-sized, white in color. Sticks. Appearance - beer-specific cap, somewhat nice old-looking label. Clear yellow in color. From - pint Taste - weak lemon, very soft drinky, sweet. Interesting, rating as similar styles, I like it. More soft drinks than beer for sure though.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden with a foamy head. Lots of metal and lemon zest, grain, resin, grassy hops. Dry hoppy grassy metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter metallic finish. Quite good clean oldschool German Pils!

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 20th December 2023. Pours clear light gold with a sticky white head, looks good. Quite the contrast to the previous Pilsner beer which was also from Saxony. This is much safer but there is a mid taste creeping bitterness, super soft mouthfeel, a little more cereal noted, dry finish, a little soapiness. Nice.

Braustolz Bockbier, jetzt mit 7 %, Flasche von Markgrafen, Wandlitz. - Kupferrotbraun, klar. (7.11.2023.)

Bottle, 7.0% as Braustolz Bockbier. Surprisingly faint aroma of metal and bread. Clear brown colour. Fizzy light brown head. The flavour is sweet and malty with a hint of metal and spicy hop. Thin mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Sugary finish, but not bad.

Bottled@Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere. Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, floral, some toffeeish and mild earthy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, grass and some mild herbs. Easy-going and refreshing.
