Sample (thanks fonefan!). Murky orangeish amber colour with a huge creamy off-white head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is pineapple, some slight tart cherries and mild wooden tones. Flavour is pineapple, cherries and some rubbery tones with mild herbs and tart wooden tones. A bit artificial flavour due to the rubbery tones. On the watery side of things.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is coffee, some blueberries, mild wood and some slight spiciness. Flavour is liquorice, blueberries, coffee, some slight spiciness, a bit burning alcohol and a nice touch of maple syrup in the finish and aftertaste.

Pool beer perfection. I mean, for a lager it’s above average, nothing amazing, but for something to sip while sitting in the Kiawah sun for four hours…pretty nice. Mild grainy sweetness, a touch of floral hops, kinda bland on the finish. Pass the aloe.
