Draught @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (Sept 2023). Opaque dark brown with a large spongy chocolate brown head, gingerbread aroma, low carbonation, bitter mocha taste with alcohol undertones and gingerbread flavor, smooth somewhat thick body, long bitter finish with gingerbread aftertaste. You can almost taste the crumbles!

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (June 2023). Pours cloudy dark yellow with a large foamy off-white head, light citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly salty citrus peel taste with peach-pineapple flavor, smooth thin body, long citrus peel finish with peach aftertaste. Flavorful.

Draught@CBC2016. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is zesty, some lemon, coconut and mild tart wooden tones. Flavour is sour lemons, some coconut, with some tart wood as well as some slight yeasty elements. Easy to drink and refreshing, yet having a lot of character to it.

Draught@CBC2016. Coppery black colour with a small but longlasting beige head. Aroma is dried fruits, plum, some caramel, alcohol, some vanilla and wooden tones. Flavour has some bourbon sweetness, vanilla, some plum and mild dried fruits, some alcohol and a bit of tartness to it as well. Very smooth to drink.

Liquid candy bar. No subtlety here; offers an onslaught of milk chocolate and caramel sweetness with vanilla and slight dark fruit notes coming through on the end. Makes me long for the nuance of Mexican Cake. Not for me at all.
