Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - gentle gusher. Fizzy pour. Dark brown to black with red chinks. Off white fizzy head. Nose - plum jam. A hint of chocolate. Taste - more plum or even blackberry jam. Light yeasty tang. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it improved through the bottle.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. This was a total gusher. Lost about a third of it I reckon. When what was remaining settled down there were big funky notes and a general lack of and malt and hop flavours. I don’t generally like ginger in beer but on this occasion it did actually improve the situation.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a generous fluffy head. Nose - butterscotch as soon as opened. On closer inspection maybe it’s caramel. Definite lemon zest too. Taste - more citrus and light toffee. Some shortbread at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent in the end.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - definitely very lively. Golden when it settles. Nose - cheesy and a touch of honey. Sulphur. Taste - more cheesy malt on top of stale malt. Palate - light to medium bodied and cloying. Overall - not good at all. Suspect better on cask and this can’t be what the brewer intended.

British BIO Beer. Zapach ziolowe aromaty, bergamotka, w smaku lekko oleiste, herbaciane, trochę pieprzu i skorki pomarańczy. Doskonale ziolowe piwo. Slodowosc na poziomie porządnie drożdżowego roggena. i przy każdym lyku czuc ten aromat bergamotki. Zamiast herbaty Earl Grey wieczorem polecam to lekkie ekologiczne ale.
