On tap at Kickbacks, pours a hazy dark copper with a small beige head. Aroma smells stale, with resinous hops, wood and cardboard. Flavour tastes like the keg was tapped for months, with wood, resinous hops, and cardboard. This can't be prime.

Peppercorn Saison can, from Beach Liquors in Fort Walton Beach. Pours a cloudy yellow color, with a big, bubbly, head. The nose is apricot, black pepper, rosemary, dried lime, and syrup. Sweet and spicy, with a light bitterness. Light to medium body, with a hard, dry, and musty feel. This is a complex and interesting saison. Pretty nice.
