Interesting for a lager - rye malt gives it more of a kick than it would otherwise have. Golden pour with OK head. Crisp end. Tap at brewery.

Light mercury and some grain. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Crisp finish. Good show for style. Tap at Tasting Room in Mexico City.

Jupiter Cervercercia, CDMX tap: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is light grain and a hint o hop. Taste is light. Lightly grainy. Somewhat sweet. Super simple.

Dry hopped saison. Pale golden, clear. Thin white head. Nose hints at medicinal phenols, and floral hops. Flavor more herbal, with mild clove and licorice, and a bunch of fresh flowers, pronounced hoppy bitterness into the finish. Maybe some minty notes. Dry, malts very understated creating a light body that is almost too thin/watery.

A hazed blonde golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Cinéma Tonala

Bottle shared at Garvie’s. Pours clear yellow-gold with a vivacious white head. The nose holds dry wheat, Belgian yeast, pale malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with mild grassy bitterness, dry wheat, yeast, white grape. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Drying finish with more dried wheat, slight melon, wheat, lemon zest. Not bad.
