Description
Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.
We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

Hazy dark brown beer, massive pale tan head. Palate is light and a little dry with fine carbonation. Soft malt, slightly grainy. Hops are light piney citrus. Well balanced. Finishes semi dry with mild minerals and a mildly bitter aftertaste. Light and respectable.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours very hazy pale golden with a small frothy and bubbly yellowish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is fruity, malty and boozy with crackers, acetone, canned corn, paint thinner, overripe citrus fruits, hay, grass, pine needles, alcohol, overripe tropical fruits, and hints of compost. Taste is extremely bitter with crackers, paint, alcohol, paper, overripe citrus fruits, lemon zest, grapefruit rinds, acetone, overripe tropical fruits, alcohol, pine needles, resinous wood. Mouthfeel is very astringent, sharp, boozy, intense and medium bodied. Finish is very bitter with crackers, citrus peal, acetone, alcohol, grass, pine and resin. I’m sorry but this one is awful.

33cl bottle thanks to onkelgobber. Pours golden with a slight haze. The nose has really overly ripe tropical fruit - almost like pungent, when fruit goes off. There’s an earthiness too - like spiced vegetables, maybe parsnip. The taste has sweet spice, some green notes, then vegetal notes come through. The palate has a great balance - you can’t taste the alcohol, there’s a long tropical fruit finish. Overall, great beer.
