Suzi Quatro was first in a band called The Pleasure Seekers. I'm pleasure seeking with this Quattro, a dark clear amber ale with a decent smoothness to its texture. It has mild red ale style characteristics with a light bitterness being the dominant facet, which lingers a while.

Victorian Craft Beer Cafe Back In Black Beer Festival 2025, Beer#1. Not quite black, but smooth, dark malty. Its coconut is light in both aroma and taste, but it's certainly still flavourful. The beer furthest right in my photo.

Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a pale yellow with a slight greenish tinge, minimal almost white head and good lacing. Malts to the fore in the aroma, plus some hints of caramel. In the mouth it is sweet and zesty with a creamy texture. A little bitterness too which gradually increases. Flavour has floral hops and malts with hints of corn, citrus and pine coming later. Finish is somewhat dry. This is decent.

Enjoying this one by the River Calder, 9th last year for most sewage spilled into it by Water companies. Clean water here, nice and hoppy, good head, plenty of body, mild caramels, but provide plenty of flavour.
