Keg @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Darker amber-brown with a thick frothy head. It has a stated dry hoppy smoothness in aroma and taste with a deep fruity sweetness developing in its aftertaste.

Keg at the Knott Bar, Manchester. Light golden, hazy with a small ring of white head. Lemon drop aroma with spicy herbal savoury character. Sour sucking-on-a-lemon taste, absolute mouth-puckerer. This wanes slightly, allowing light basil notes do give an almost smoky herbal flavour at the long finish. This is all about the lemon though. Medium carbonation. Powerful beer.

Cask at GBBF'19, day one, 06/08/19. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is roast malts, chocolate, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises toffee, chocolate, light spice, fruit rinds. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cask stout.

Keg at Jack In The Box, Manchester. Fuller hazy golden with a good sourness. Its basil makes this very herbal and it has a fizziness.

Cask at Smithfield Tavern, 03/10/19. Almost clear golden blonde with a decent lasting off white cap. Nose is tangerine, melon, grass, light breads. Taste comprises orange peel, pale malts, grass, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Ok pale.
