Updated: Mildly skunky with some light grassy hop notes. Quite light in flavor - some very light sweet malt (corn?). Mildly bitter finish. Tinge of skunky flavors around the edge. Straw gold color with small fading head.

Another one of those crap lagers. why would you go out of your way to drink this? if its the only thing they have at an indian restaurant go for it, bland, carbonated, similar to red stripe though not as offensive.

The cleanest of the Indian lagers I've had, with touches of hay and grain...

Spritzy, with a light perfumey maltiness. That's it, though (it's Indian, you were expecting quality?)

This beer is no more authentically Indian than all those restaurants serving vindaloo my grandmother could eat. But even at the good ones it's hard to find anything else to drink. I finally got another crack at it without the influence of Indian food, and it turns out to be a lightish, vaguely crisp lager, not unlike a firmer, more Germanic rendition of Heineken. There were noble hops in the aroma, and on the palate, a hint of dryness and lack of off-flavours.
