On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a hazy copper blonde with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, not much else. Flavour is quite dry and crisp, with biscuity malt driving this one. Not a whole lot else to speak. Clean and drinkable. Okay.

From tap sample @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Clear medium to deep amber, small frothy off-white head, good lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, palm sugar, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasted malts, caramel. Sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not your regula IPA, malt dominated, more like an amber ale, good enough anyway. Combines good with fried prawns.

From tap @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Cloudy orange amber, small frothy off-white head, fairly lastig, good lacing. Light sourish nose, aroma malts, peach, apricot, light brett. Taste light sweet, bitter and sour, orange marmelade, lemon grass, bit ginger, aftertaste as in taste. All in balance, light to medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. Surprisingly pleasant and tasty saison, didn’t expect that in this part of the world.
