Smell of coffee, licorice, tar. Very dark brown colour, dark brown head. Aroma of chocolate, sugar. Sweet, but still slightly watery. Rich but soft in carbon. Better than expected.

Clear, light gold with a small white head. Light lemon, grain aroma. Taste is sweet, grainy, cardboard ..... Fairly simple, typical beer for the region, though not as harsh as some.

Clear golden coloured body with a very thin, half a centimetre tall white head. Aroma of pale malt, water, metal and very little else - maybe some rice. Super light-bodied; Strong metallic note with a little lemon noticeable and a very mild alcohol flavour - no hops at all, and a touch of sweetness, too. Aftertaste, super mild, but luckily not showing any offensive characteristics - fairly subdued. Overall, not a horrible beer, but not one with great flavour or depth - if you want a beer here, just stick with Angkor Stout and enjoy it exclusively. I sampled this 33 cL (yes, not a 320 mL can from the description) can purchased from Angkor Market in Siem Reap, Cambodia on 05-April-2012 for 2000Rial (US$0.50) sampled at home in Washington on the other side of the planet on 15-November-2013.

Love the tshirt, posters & logo. The beer not so much, it is an ok pale lager with nothing outstanding about it in any way. It tasted fine drunk cold during my wanderings around Cambodia. But then again I was less of a beer geek back then...

Thanks to Koelschtrinker for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice brownish head. Starts intense malty, not too roasty, strong with alcoholic hints. Dry-bitter background. Finish less dry, more woody-earthy. Warming aftertaste. Really nice!

Shared 330 ml can, kindly brought home from Cambodia by my cousin. ABV is 5%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Minimal aroma. Watery mouthfeel. The flavour is quite dry and rather bland as expected, with a hint of hops in the finish.
