Backlog august 2016. Clear golden body under a fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, citric fruits and slightly spicy. Taste is malty with citric fruits, some acidity and spicy saison yeast. Balanced and nice in taste, fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice one.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grass, some floral, green apple skins and mild tropical fruity tones. Flavour is apples, some yeasty and mild funky tones with some fruits and mild sweetish malty tones. Kind of cidery thing.

Bottled. Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is cocoa, chocolate, some toffee, mild earth and a bit honey tones. Flavour is sweet malts, chocolate, mild alcohol, some honey, toffee and cocoa. Smooth and very drinkable.

Draught@Taphouse. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is wooden, foral, some yeasty notes with mild spices. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some spruce, floral notes and mild spices in the finish.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a small white creamy head. Aroma has some dry wooden sourish notes along with quite a bunch of floral, grassy and fruity notes with also a mild tone of dried fruits. Flavour is bitter fruity, some earthy, mild sour wooden notes along with some spicy/herbal tones and mild grass.
