Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a magnificent deep ruby red with a rough, pinkish head. Intense cherry aroma but also some sulphur blending in. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, very intense cherry notes, leathery Brett. Dry and astringent finish, but not overly sour. Quite a delicious Kriek really. 141217

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a tiny, white head. Lactic tart with some Brett as well in the nose - and a spicy edge. Medium body, massively funky. Surprisingly the earthy notes of elderflower actually comes through the massive tartness without adding an awful lot. But a solid blond Sour, if you're into that. 081217

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a small, off-white head. Tart lactic aroma, and underneath that you can actually detect the slightly roasty remains of what was once a Brown Ale. Ligt-bodied, again a slight roastiness, extremely sour again from what seems like both Bretty and lactic sources. A very challenging beer with the sourness really tuned up. 201117

Bottle 75 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a dissipating, white head. Complex aroma, seems to have both lactic tartness and Brett, maybe some acetic acid as well. Lightish body, quite a teeth cleaner, this is seriously sour, and I'm not sure how much of this my stomach can deal with. But kinda refreshing as well I guess - probably more so on a hot summer's day. I guess that people would be all over this if it had a Cantillon label. 201117

Fra fat, planke på Brewers Inc København nov-17: lett uklar mørkerød md kort skum. Sure bær og noe vegetalt i både aroma og smak. Lavt karbonert. Ubehagelig grønnsakpreg i avslutningen. Starter ganske sursyrlig og friskt, men avslutter oljet og vegetalt. Et ufokusert og rotete øl.
