A lightly hazed golden amber alt with a thin lacing creamy light mocha head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light caramel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant.

Arômes de pain grillé, toasté avec une pointe de biscuit.
Aromatique à dominance maltée.
La mousse gicle de la cannette à l’ouverture.
Le liquide se présente ambré orangé, opaque et flou.
La mousse moyennement petite descend assez rapidement.
Entrée de bouche fade et aqueuse.
Manque de corps.
Cette bière est ‘’flat’’ et sans saveur.
Les malts ne ressortent pas.
Les houblons sont cependant assez définis avec des accents herbacés.
La carbonatation, sans être excessivement puissante, semble faire affaisser les autres saveurs.
La minéralité de cette bière contribue à la rendre insipide.
Je ne sais pas quelle est la cause de cet état mais chose certaine, son goût n’a rien à voir avec une Vienna Lager authentique.

Brown and slightly hazy with a creamy head. Toffee and red currant aroma. Taste is moderate toasted bitter with mildly sweet undertones. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Easygoing. Good take on the style.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity esters with light Brett, light lactic notes, light horseblanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, Brett, light buttery notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
