On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dull, with straw and crackery malt. Flavour is clean and actually fairly flavourful for a blonde, with notes of cereal malt, crackery notes and a little straw. Clean and balanced, but ultimately boring. Okay.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear orange amber with moderate head. Aromas of dried apricots, wool, and toasted malts. Flavors of straw, dusty dry fruit, some tart dry berries (salal?) and a bit of horse blanket. A kettle sour without much life.

650mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out weird herbal notes from the kettle souring and decomposing leaves. Flavour is pretty bland, with light herbal notes, some tartness and mineraly notes. Inoffensive, but pretty boring. At least it's clean.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Hazy light amber color with a red hue; small frothy head, quickly dissipating. The aroma has a bit of lemon acidity, light vegetables from the yeast. Very dry, weak, moderately sour, a bit of lemon, basically no berries. Short final.
There is nothing here, just a very simple sour beer; more is expected. Boring. Lame.

Bottle from 8th St Liquor, New West. Has a slightly purplish accent to its amber, and the colour is lively, too. Not much head, though. The aroma is light, noting the kettle sour and a light berry. Tart, lactic, kettle sour taste, with a fairly subdued berry character, neither berry making a strong impression on the palate, but for a little sweetness late. Fairly light body. Balanced.

Bottle - Light tartness, soap and a touch of lacto. Nice tart berry notes. Light pinkish orange with a decent white head. Light berry and light tartness with a nice fruity finish. Although not as tart as I would like, it is quite balanced and nice.

Heavy carbonation in a darker gold body and minimal head. Malty aroma that seems cheap, no complexity. Flavour is malty hazelnut with a dry hoppy finish. Nothing to see here, move along.

Decent head with a bright copper body. Okay hoppy scent but no complexity. flavour is murky hops with a hint of malt. Not bad at all, but hard to pick out of a crowd.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Pale blond color, clean, with medium sized head. Mellow Lager, with low bitterness.
Side to side you wouldn’t be able to tell this one from a Molson, although technically not flawed. Nothing going on here.

On tap at Village Taphouse, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out notes of straw. Flavour brings out notes of straw and cereal notes. Well-balanced and clean. Solid but not overly interesting.
