Bouteille 75cl, merci Stefan @ Sebletitje post-Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017 tasting. BB 31/08/2019, bottled 31/08/2017. Ambre presque acajou, touche fine blanc au col. Arôme est fruité, cerise avec un léger rétro fruité fleuri, le tout parait encore un peu doux par rapport à l'attente de berliner weisse. Palais est assez faiblard, retrouve plus un effet levure farineuse, + complément de cerise, fini reste un peu adouci, qcq sucre résiduel fruité, effervescence est faiblarde, le tout magnifie peu l'effet aigrelet et citrique attendu d'une Berliner. Déçu car d'autres versions de berliner étaient mieux réalisées, ici pour 10€ c'est un peu excessif.

draft @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet plaisant de marc de raisin, bouquet reste assez discret sur le côté houblonné. Palais est léger malté pâle pils, faible en effervescence avec un caractère de moût de raisin agréable mais peut être mal adapté à cette bière. Autant cela fonctionnait bien pour la version barley wine autant ici la base de blonde est un peu perdue. Douceur latente de sucre résiduel, note verte en fin de bouche avec un houblonné plutôt noble.

[ As Mont Salève Berliner Weisse - Rosée ].Light unclear medium red yellow (rose) colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, flowers, roses. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, pale malt, roses, flowers, floral, citrus notes, a bit of lacto also. Thanks! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Sebletitje post-“Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017” dinner. Bright red. Nose acidic plastic red cherry. Taste is murky mineral acidic weak cherry low vinegar, sour yoghurt, acidic,… doesn’t work for me.

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + tderoeck +Friends. Sampled bottle @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Black, little tanned head. Nose is cheap chocolate, thin grainy, gravy. Thin bodied, umami,.. Grainy, soy sauce, umami, thin roast, rather weak, lingering bitter. Not getting any tomato maybe the umami is from some tomato, I can taste some tomato paste maybe but also not reall.

Nose is bit dirty first, low sour cabbage vegetable but also lovely apricot, lesser side fades a bit over time. Taste luckily doesn’t have that, lovely apricot fruit, quite sour as well, maybe bit much big acidic lemon but great all the same. Tasty.
