Bottle pour at the AE share, 10/28/25. Fully hazy orange color, fizzy white head. Super funky, earthy, yeasty. Lots going on. Drinks a little on the sour side, but mostly funky.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Brown-black pour with a medium khaki head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Malt, vanilla, bourbon and chocolate aroma. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, oaky bourbon, sweet vanilla and coffee. The finish is oaky vanilla and bourbon. Good beer overall.

16 ounce can from Jersey Fine Wines in East Brunswick. Number one with a bullet. Medium gold pour. Large, pillowy white head leaves spotty lacing. Aromas of dank citrus and pine. Flavors upfront are bittersweet citrus and pine. Notes of lime and spring onions. Lots of peppery bitterness. Sticky mouthfeel. Dry, bitter finish.
