Cask at the Head of Steam, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, malt, big yeasty, herbal, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Clear amber pour, white head. Nice harlequin hop expressions, good body, gently fruity though not quite 'bursting' with tropical fruit as per the description. Quite malty overall.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Pours a clear gold, white head. Malty golden 3.4% trad feel.. expected fruitier spring-like notes, though some distant tropical flourishes can just about be detected on the finish. Fairly poor American pale ale to be honest.

Bottle from Appleyards Delicatessen, Shrewsbury. Clear golden with a small carbonation and a head. A fairly smooth textured hoppy ale, it has a very light bitterness to proceedings.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Crown Inn, Oakengates on Sunday afternoon, 4th February 2024. Black bodied, tanned topping. Oat like nose and taste, over roasted/toasted Oats to be exact. Dry with a semi-bitter finish.
