Draft at brewery. Very clear and pale color. No lacing. Side by side with Sam Smith’s Lager, this is better. While dull there is no corny quality. A little husky and a little macroy. Meh, it reminds me of Natty Bo’s but not as good.

Draft - Funky grains and a touch of vinegar. Clear gold with a decent white head. Funky soured grains, some grape and citrus with a yeasty finish.

On tap at McKay's Taphouse (as "Sour Base"), pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and sour, with lactic notes, candied sugar, and light tartness. Flavour is identical, with lots of lactic notes upfront, followed by candied sugar and yogurt. Not especially complex - rather cheap kettle souring. It's okay.

Tap at Watering Hole. Caramel forward nose with some dark fruit, chocolate and a bit of earthy hops as it warms. Palate is pretty much the same with the malts really dominating and fruity esters in second. Finish is slightly bitter with earthy and grassy notes. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hoppy Holidays on 25 Apr 2016 at 20:17 - Score: 6. Original review text: Caramel on the nose, dark fruit....some chocolate dry warty hops. Not bad.

Draft pour pint at Safeco Field. Rating beers for me is all about milestones, meeting new people, and seeing new things. Being at the baseball game, drinking a sour beer, definitely falls under the last category. A lot of the beer is about the experience that surrounds it. And this is pretty cool. Pale golden in color with an active fizz head. Wheat dominated aroma. Soft orange fruit. Flavor is peachy in a way, but wheat superior. Slight sour grainy finish. Sourness 6/10. Overall pretty good. I love our baseball stadium. At this point, I think it deserves a place spot on Ratebeer.

Tap at Watering Hole. Light tart cherry aroma with some oak, grass and musty notes. Clean, crisp and tart on the palate. Light sherry-like creaminess in the mouthfeel but still nice carbonation on the palate. Finish is dry with cherry flavor throughout. Cannot believe the complexity for 3.4% abv. Great beer from a really underrated brewery. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kettle Sour With Cherry on 04 Mar 2016 at 19:18 - Score: 8. Original review text: Tons of flavor for the ABV!

Tap into a tulip glass showing sparse white foam and cloudy dark orange peel. The nose shows round bready malts with a background of cherries. The palate is lightly carbonated but foamy. Light tart cherries on the beginning and finish and linger but a strong bready, grainy mid-palate shows throughout the beer.

Hazy amber brown color. Cherries, burnt plastic and bananas in the nose. Slightly sour mouth with some wheat and cherries notes. Slightly tart but not that exciting.

Draught at Collective on Tap, Woodinville, WA
Black color, compact white head. More caramel than roasted malts, with a hint of winter spices. Very dry.
Rather weird for a Schwarzbier.
