Medium brown. Big head. Sweet and a light sticky dark sugar. Rouch of apple note. Boozy, has a strong barrel note, so sticky as well. Assertive and not necessarily balanced.

Dark brown. Aroma is light chocolate with a touch of coffee. Similar palate, lots of coffee. Dry finish, quite coffeeish. Good porter.

Purs nicely golden, maybe a few notes of amber hue inside. White foam, does not really stay long. Aroma is dominated by tropical and fruity hops, sweetish honey feel to it - in the best way. Taste is feeling actually very light, body is there and maybe even multiply sweet - but hops are fresh and abundant, so they are in a great balance with the body and make this super highly drinkable. Great stuff, I do like it a lot, sort of well brewed American IPA that I really need once in a while.

Tap in Yoyogi park. Big juicy, citrus-forward nose with orange and grapefruit really standing out. Crackery malts, clean and crisp on the palate. Bitter finish, but not overdone. Very nice session beer.

Smooth body. Medium bitterness. Fairly heady. A bit of citrusy character. A bit sweet. Pretty decent stuff.

Draft at brewery. Pretty rose water color, clear, God head retention. Aroma is light and bright with fresh, not artificial, raspberry spritzer. Flavor also has that light and bright raspberry, so quaffable. Real tart and clean finish. Raspberry beer juice spritzer f our a sunny, hot day. Ample carbonation.

Draft at brewery. Very clear and pale color. No lacing. Side by side with Sam Smith’s Lager, this is better. While dull there is no corny quality. A little husky and a little macroy. Meh, it reminds me of Natty Bo’s but not as good.

Draft - Funky grains and a touch of vinegar. Clear gold with a decent white head. Funky soured grains, some grape and citrus with a yeasty finish.

On tap at McKay's Taphouse (as "Sour Base"), pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and sour, with lactic notes, candied sugar, and light tartness. Flavour is identical, with lots of lactic notes upfront, followed by candied sugar and yogurt. Not especially complex - rather cheap kettle souring. It's okay.
