2015 vintage bottle, 22 oz, foiled. Poured. A dark brown pour with plenty of foaming head. Some doughy malt aroma. Milk chocolate. Flavor is a creamy milk chocolate, smooth bourbon, dough malts. A bit on the rich side. Like the constant chocolate flavor going on. Original beer here for sure. Good late lingering whiskey character. Would love to try a fresh version of this soon to compare. Very tasty.

Schooner Exact Profanity Hill Porter 5.5% On tap at Lingua. Reddish-brown in cooor with a beige head. Nice nutty toasty aroma. Nutty and toasty chocolate malt. A solid porter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Takano. Brilliant deep orange-golden color with haze and a low head. Biscuity malt nose, grapefruit and orange. Piny flavor, orange, a bit dank, very biscuity.

Tap at Takano as NW Pale Ale. Nice nose, dank hops, biscuit and crackery malt, lemon. Hazy medium golden color. Fruity, sweet honey malts, some resin and orange. Good.

Tap at Takano. Oranges, peaches, wood, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, treacle in the nose. Hazy orange amber. Very woody and tannic flavor, vanilla, stone fruits. Cork. A bit too woody and tannic for me.

Tap at Takano. Glowing brown-orange. Malty, earthy nose, light barnyard, caramel, toast. Sweet, a bit too sweet, fruity, peaches, earthy, light minerals with a dry, earthy finish. Nice but a bit too sweet for me.

Tap at Takanoya. An orange-amber color with a whiskey sweet malt aroma. Medium to full bodied, the taste is big malty whiskey with plum and oak. Smooth but sickly sweet. Bottle as part of a Beer Cats Fukubukuro which was a bit better than on tap. 3.8 I’d say.
