Tap at ACBE in Osaka. A blend of 3 beers in 5 barrels (I guess some of the beers were made using multiple barrels). A sour made with lacto and Brett that is a cloudy gold with a fizzy eggshell white head and a mild aroma. Light and dry with an acidic tangy sour flavor complemented by oak and musty ein notes. Very acidic but light and bright tasting.

Hazy golden color. Big brett and oak nose with modest sourness. Low carbonation, Pickering sourness, tons of oak, some fruity nose, lots of brett. Smooth mouth. Rounded.modest mouth. Very nice

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Getting started on triple IPA season a little early this year. I'm not even done with fresh hops yet. Darker golden orange pour. Oily head. Soft orange aroma. Flavor is more orange. Has a bite, but softer than I would expect. Has a bitter linger, but again, on the slightly mild side. Very warming late finish. Cool front. A good triple IPA here, but like most of them, 5 oz was plenty for me to get the idea.

Slightly hazy golden color. Very bright Nose of cracked wheat, big yeasty character with some floral notes. Big hoppy mouth, cracked wheat, very yeasty. Not authentic, but not bad.

medium dark amber color. Lots of Belgian yeast, earthy, barley tea and apple crumble in the nose. The mouth is very yeasty with brandy dumped over stewed apples notes across an underlying earthiness. Medium bitterness. Lingering brandy and stewed apples in the finish. Very new world take on this style. A bit boozier than I would like but overall well made and interesting.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A shiny golden pour. Loving this year's fresh hop beers. A lighter than expected feel to this one, considering the imperial credentials. Soft floral hop aroma. Flavor is smooth, and refreshing. Grains up front, a moderate, grassy hop follow. Good balance. Very easy drinker. Where's the cans of this one? Totally on board with this.

Light brown pour, some white bubbles on top. Nose has lots of vanilla and heaps of coconut. Caramelized fruit sugar on top of pears and oranges. Tastes pretty dry, lots of coconut there, vanilla and barrel character rules this beer for all what's it worth. Caramelly but not that sweet in the taste actually. Bitterness comes out more in the finish. Oaky, coconutty. Dry bitterness in the finish, muted coconut quite a lot, slight oaky woody burbon. Unique barleywine, tasty.

Medium amber color. Tons of oak, vanilla, brown sugar, burnt sugar and coconut Nose. Tons of coconut, burnt sugar, relatively light body, off sweet. So well rounded. Just tight. If a German was to make a BA BW this is what it might be like. Refined but deep. Slightly sour palate. Excellent
