Dark brown in color with light brown head. Sweet caramel smell with a hint of grassy hops. Sour coffee like flavor leaves way to a pleasant caramel malt finish.

A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of lemon - too much for me. The flavor is sweet citrusy - very one-dimensional, and it is way too carbonated, the mouthfeel is like drinking a sodapop.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a small, white head - a very classical witbier appearance. Typical aroma of coriander and citrus. Rather high carbonation. Light body with notes of wheat and citrus and a somewhat perfumy edge. A fresh and quenching Wit. 210506

33 cl bottle at "Karlsons’ Garage & Bar" in Gothenburg, Sweden. Beautiful deep red color. Big long lasting brown creamy head. No distinct scent, slightly "Belgian ale" scent perhaps. Burnt and chocolate taste. Smooth mouthfeel. Ratehr low bitterness. A little it acid taste as well, but not much.

Bottle from Swedish "Systembolaget" in July (yes, July) of 2005.A very nice dark brown Christmas ale, felt a bit strange in the middle of summer, but could still feel that it would suit well at winter. A bit alcoholic in the scent and taste, but the spices balance it fairly well. Warming.

Bottled, alc. 5.8% (BB 08/2006)
Copper brown, decent creamy white head, some lace. Metallic malty, toffeeish aroma, some skunky hops somewhere there. Toffee malty is also the flavor with woody touch. In the finish some Kentish hops, which leaves semi-sweet, hoppy aftertaste. Decent EPA:

Bottled (BB 01/2008)
Dark ruby color, huge tan head, lace. Aroma starts a bit skunky hoppy and metallic, then some grassy hops, roasted malts and molasses. Toffeeish palate (typical Scotch Ale), quite bitterish hoppy after start. Some cold coffee. Long bitter aftertaste. A kind of unbalanced but interesting.
