Pretty dang tasty dunkler bock, with a cocoa-dusted caramel center mixed with notes of apple, toasted nuts, and bread, with a modest floral bitterness on the back end. Nice pint.

Amber color with a pine resin aroma. Flavor is moderate evergreen bitterness balanced over a sweet malt backbone. Hint of flowers in both the aroma and the finish. Excellent balance, bitterness does not overpower. IPA is not my favorite style but this one is excellent.

Bottle purchased at source: pours light mahogany with a beige head. Aroma is madeira, caramel, molasses, caramel, some booze. Taste is sweet, low bitterness. Rich and creamy.

Not bad, notes of tropical fruit, dank, citrus zest, and a hint of pine, with a modest mineral bitterness laced with a touch of vanilla on the back end. Creamy texture. Tasty.

Very tame for a WCIPA, lacking the firm pine bitterness on the back end, giving the pint a one-sided profile with a nice rounded juicy hop profile on the front but not much of a finish. Not a bad beer but I expected more from the collab.
