A sweet aroma of pear and apple. The initial taste is of sweet apple, followed by a taste of pear that lingers on the palate. This cider is light and refreshing. It's almost clear in appearance.

Bold Rock IPA is light colored. The taste is of apple and a hint of grapefruit flavor. The mouthfeel is tingly and tangy with a fruit aftertaste of apple.

Corked bottle (Thanks Christy). Pours golden with lots of bubbles. Pear, apple, pine in the nose. Flavor is somewhat sweet pear, rose, light citrus. Zingy... this is interesting. Enjoyable.

Apple nose, subtle hint of ginger. Pale champagne, bubbles tickle the nose. Apple and apple blossom, subtle ginger. Light body, moderate carbonation, prickly mouthfeel. Not as gingery as I might like, but this was very well crafted

Draft at Headmaster's Pub in Sperryville VA, October 29, 2016. Poured a kind of yellow-orange color with not much of a head to speak of. Aroma was heavy peach notes. Kind of artificial character, but still juicy peach, light apple I suppose. Flavor was sweet peaches, kind of tasty actually...

Draft at Snallygaster 2017. Poured a clear golden yellow color. Apple aroma, some light dry champagne. Flavor was light sweet apples. Some dry character that adds some nice crispness. Decent.
