Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is orange peel, coriander, smooth birch smoke, and mellow butterscotch. Sweet and sugary and malty, with a musty, mild bitterness. Light to crisp. Solid, easy, and smooth.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A dark black mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is smoky Chipotle, liquorice, salt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, salty, nutty, alcohol, liquorice, singed cinnamon. Palate is medium sweet, oily, tangy, airy carbonation, mellow chille. Smokey Chipotle.
