Description
The Roue Libre Brewery is the fruit of the passion of a solid team of happy Strasbourg brewers. After having participated for many years in the development of famous Alsatian micro-breweries, and having learned so much there, David and Stéphane get closer and decide to found together a rather special micro-brewery: a Brewpub! This small English-speaking name designates a warm place in which the activities of artisanal micro-breweries and beer bistros blend perfectly. Beer is our passion, brewing our motivation. Brewed and served on draft in a unique place where the brewing and cycling arts come together in every corner.

Tap at Le Local dark brown with lovely creamy beige head. Milk chocolate, sweet malts, sour cherries, red currants, a hint of vanilla. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied. Nice.

Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Citric nose, malty, grassy. Not as yeasty as expected. Wheaty with nice lemon flavors. Easy drinking. --- Beer merged from original tick of - Easy Lemon on 08 Sep 2021 at 21:26 - Score: 6. Original review text: Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Citric nose, malty, grassy.
