Always experimenting and expanding
We brew in small batches in our 15 barrel brewery and we’re always experimenting with new recipes. Dan and Pat ,with previous experience from the wine world, get to marry the fascination with the natural world and the art and science of fermentation.
Dan keeps cooking up some good recipes and Patrick the builder keeps finding ways to add more tanks and increase our production.

Can at home. Ugly murky yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, heavy citrus hops to no-one's surprise. Flavor is tropical fruit hoppy, citrussy, moderately bitter, slight distant sweet hop notes. Decent to medium body and medium carbonation. Quite solid.

Can at home. Hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, quite resinous hoppy. Flavor also is delicious: malts, resinous hoppy, resinous hoppy bitter. Light citrus and perhaps a note of tropical fruit but definitely overtaken by the resinous hoppy flavors and bitterness. Quite lovely. Medium to full body and carbonation. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Very nice.
