Always experimenting and expanding
We brew in small batches in our 15 barrel brewery and we’re always experimenting with new recipes. Dan and Pat ,with previous experience from the wine world, get to marry the fascination with the natural world and the art and science of fermentation.
Dan keeps cooking up some good recipes and Patrick the builder keeps finding ways to add more tanks and increase our production.

Can, undated, drunk 5/25/18.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, bright lemon-gold. White head atop is medium-sized and shows moderate retention.
Lemon and tangerine in the nose are dank, deep and pine-accented, yet no resin or sharp ester/alcohol ever shows up and the brightness persists. Just a smidgeon of honey-biscuit behind it, and otherwise bare cracker-like malt. Clean, with low yeast ester, no flaw.
Dry, moderately bitter with great lemon and tangerine character continuing in the mouth. Snappy, grainy, crackery malts but still enough suppleness of texture. Very clean and with low resin despite the large amount of citrus and light pine. Engaging carbonation. No flaw or alcohol noted.

Keg at Worthy Kitchen - Woodstock. Pours murky orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice pithy citrus aroma, juicy lemon and grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with a little flinty dryness, more grapefruit, dry pale bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, pithy, flinty, more citrus fruits. Solid.

Can from Jeff, thanks for the opportunity! Slightly hazy faint golden color with a decent sized pillowy white head that persists. Earthy resin and a hint of grass on the nose with some faint stone fruit. Flavor follows the aroma but adds a bit of sweet bread. That is really good!
