Description
Microbrewery in Brandon Vermont.
Always experimenting and expanding
We brew in small batches in our 15 barrel brewery and we’re always experimenting with new recipes. Dan and Pat ,with previous experience from the wine world, get to marry the fascination with the natural world and the art and science of fermentation.
Dan keeps cooking up some good recipes and Patrick the builder keeps finding ways to add more tanks and increase our production.

Draught at the WRJ Beer Garden, 6/22/15.
Clear, bright yellow-golden-bronze. Small, well-retained, white head.
Juicy, fruity, with a good mix of pine, grapefruit, round orange and plentiful white bread-like malt to balance it nicely.
Juicy, fruity, with a range of tropical, citrus and even a touch of pine. White bread-like malts are reasonably deep, supportive and well-attenuated. Lingering bitterness. Great balance of fruitiness and more old school pine and citrus with a healthy but not obnoxious bitterness. Clean and snappy with supportive and very well-attenuated malts. Excellent amount of flavor for its relatively small stature.

Can from Beer Boutique, New York. Citrussy hop aroma with lemon, some pine, more citrus, lemon drop, grass, lightly dank with a little pale malt. Flavour is medium bitter, finishes a bit dry. Body is medium. Solid Citra IPA with a touch of that Vermont dankness.

473ml can. Darkest brown colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Toasty, minimally grainy and nutty, dark malty aroma, hints of toasted nuts, toasted oat flakes. Taste is bitter, roasty, almost a tad ashy, dark malty, slightly bitter hoppy, hints of toasted oat flakes, weak sour grainy tartness. Watery texture, dry palate, fine, dense, prickly carbonation. Rather monotonous, bitter - not fully convincing.

Blond colour with light haze and lasting fluffy head. Very softly flavoured. Low bitterness. Rounded ripe fruits like melon and nectarine but not standing out.

Hazy peachy orange colour with lasting fluffy head. Nice body, quite a full mouthfeel. Bitter citrus pith and some leafy hop bitterness.
