Draught at The Well, Brooklyn: pours mostly clear golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy, flowry, bready. Taste is lightly bitter with dirty, earthy bread. About what it should be.

Bottle from Stacey, thanks for the opportunity! My are a little sparse about now. Hazy lemon yellow with a thin white head. Earthy funky yellow hazy. Pretty good saison

750mL bottle batch 1 shared by Stacey on 10/13/18.
Lightly hazy, yellow brass. White head to ring. Mixed ferm notes show moderate Brett and lacto with light cereal. Lemon and biscuit with strong tartness and big cereal notes. Light oak notes with no alcohol or flaw. Classic mixed ferm saison done well.

Can purchased at the brewery. Crystal clear golden parents. All I get in the aroma is pils malt. Very light malt backbone a honey aspect with lightly sweet finish. No yeast esthers. Ends clean.

Draught at Row 34, 9/3/18.
Straw-golden, chill-to-lightly hazy, with a small, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Nose is a lovely mix of light grain, floral noble hops with a healthy herbal tinge and just-a-touch-juicy, yellow fruit-like American hops. Light-to-moderate lactic acidity mixes with just a hint of acetic acid and a good deal of fruity, gentle, funky Brett. Malts are sparse, yet there is enough biscuit, cereal and light honey to easily balance.
In the mouth it's soft, very fruity, with light tartness at best, gentle, fruity, funky Brett and chewy wheat-like textures with tight carbonation. Mixed ferm character is quite unmistakable, as well as the American hops, but neither are crude or dominant like they are in so many American mixed ferm "saisons". Ample, yet well-attenuated malts, and just the right amount of bitterness from the hops. No alcohol or flaw. Lovely.

B1 , thnx to Koen Ko. Pours unclear amberblonde, small white head. Smell is intense, malty, creamy, tart, well balanced. Pretty nice ! Taste is full, tart, lemon, malty, rather creamy tartness. Lactic sour ( very lactic, but not overly sour ) . Malty, full ending. Fruity. Nice ! perhaps a bit butteryness, not so much in the flavor as in the body, making the beer more creamy. That works really well tho !

Draught at Brendan Behan, 8/18/18.
Just a touch of (probably chill) haze in this deep brass-golden beer with a large, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Fresh herbal hop notes with malty honey and white bread balancing easily. Clean with good mineral character and expressive but not overdone hoppiness. No alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's quite substantially malty with hints of sourdough, plentiful honey and moderate grain character with no sign of husk or overly bready maltiness. Great amount of bitterness and very high attenuation, with tight carbonation and a crisp, hoppy, grainy finish yet with soft honey notes lingering as well. Lovely stuff and very flavorful and drinkable.
