Very thin head and a heavily carbonated yellow body. Soft sweet lager aroma with a hint of hoppiness and yeast hints. Flavour is a middling lager with okay brief notes of cardboardiness. Dry finish. Comparable to an average lager, maybe pretty good for the gluten-free crowd.

12 oz bottle at the Chili’s at the Orlando Airport. Lightly hazy orange with a medium off white head. Nose is light floral and grassy with a hint of caramel. Flavor is lightly bitter with some contrasting sweetness. Pretty much just an OK beer but it is good for a gluten-free one.

12 oz bottle. Pours a copper color with moderate head. Aromas of light biscuity wet malts. Flavors of light carmel malts with only a hint of hops. Not much presence but not offensive.

Grass, pencil shavings, and lillies bouquet. Clear amber, medium head. Grapefruit, lemongrass. Full body, warm, soft carbonation. Full flavored with impressive body for a gluten free beer.

Bottle bought at the Chappel Beer Festival, Essex. Poured a clear gold colour with a lasting white head. Aroma of light hops, with citrus and caramel malt notes not as hoppy as usual for an APA. Body was quite light and texture a bit on the thin side. Average+ carbonation. Bit disappointed overall.

Tap at the 2015 OBF. Pours hazy light rose/orange/gold? Aroma seems berryish. Flavor is berryish, sort of wheat; flavors are clear but mild. Refreshing. It’s very good for a gluten free (and for an acai).

Bouteille.

12 fl. oz. bottle. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with an average, short lived, white head. Weak aroma of pale malt and grain. Sweet malt flavour with corn, grass, a hint of caramel and a dry, metallic finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Most gluten free beers have a strange flavour. This one doesn’t. If you’re a celiac, I highly recommend this beer. If you’re not it’s quite average but refreshing and thirst quenching.
