Omission is the first craft beer brand in the United States focused exclusively on brewing great tasting craft beers with traditional beer ingredients, including malted barley, specially crafted to remove gluten.

Brewed by Widmer Brothers Brewing, gluten levels in every batch of Omission beer are measured by the brewery and two independent labs using the R5 Competitive ELISA test to ensure that the beer meets the brewery’s standards.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is mostly citrus with a light pine note. Med body or so. Fairly dry and pretty bitter. Nice that there's enough bitter to fight the malt. Better than many a low/no.

One of six bought by some one who didn't like it, left in my Son-in-Laws garage fridge in Laguna Hills and drank by me on 1st July 2023. 355ml can, Packaged 19th December 2022. Clean and clear light, bright golden body, white head that didn't want to stay around. Grainy rather than malty, mild citrus leanings from the hops, but it's all a bit subtle and bland to be honest.

Poured like a real beer, clear light orange, medium sized white head. Smells almost like a session IPA, light on body but relatively well hopped. Served really cold, floral with some grapefruit. I mean, it's fine for a low-alcohol beer.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from a random offie in Bow. Pours clear honey-gold with a quickly fading white foam head. Moderate sweet with crispy pale grains, nips of white grape, faint paper, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish, subtle crispy biscuits, grains, hay. Basic but drinkable.

Klar lys brun med hvit skum. Lukter malt og litt honning. En godt karbonert lager. Ikke noe spesielt å skrive hjem om.
