Cask. Tapped, Leeds. Clear gold. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Big citrus. Lots of orange. Orange zest. Lemon cheesecake tang. Taste is pithy bitter. Peachy sweetness. Plenty of body at the ABV. Clean and crisp. Finishes light, zesty bitter. Great sessioner.

Can. Little Leeds Beer House. Hazy, orangey amber. Thin, tight, lasting, white head. Big, sweet, chewy malts. Big, sweet, fruity hops to match. Very fresh, and robustly resinous. Lots of fruit salad action. Banana toffees. The full works. Taste is light, fruity sweet, first off, before a pithy, zesty, citrus bitterness. Soft, rich, oily mouthfeel. Finishes long, oily bitter, with a meringue sweetness chiming in just when you don’t expect. Great stuff.

Bottle. Little Leeds Beer House. Clear, dark ruby red. Bubbly, messy tan head. Fruity chocolate malts. A nice brûléed grapefruit note. Pretty roasty. Bit of blackcurrant. Taste is chocolate sweet for about a second before a huge bosh of bitterness kicks in and stays the course. Full bodied. Soft carbonation. Finishes with more of the big bitterness. Very tasty. Bit at odds. Liked it though.

Half-pint, keg at Reliance in Leeds. A pearl white head that stayed well over a slightly cloudy amber coloured body. Fresh taste of hoppy fruits and berries. Citrus, strawberry and malty sweetness to the taste buds. A gentle bite of orange shells to the finish, dry and bitter. Fine bodied. Pleasing (08.07.2015).
