The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light hop burn, tropical citrus, mineral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at the Shaking Hand, Shirley, Solihull. Poured a hazy straw colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt tropical citrus fruits. The aroma is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, light oaty, fresh, light lemon citrus fruit, light mineral palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Appearance- red, with a small pink fizzy head which quickly goes. Aroma- raspberry, strawberry, earthy fruit hints. Taste is tart fruit, salty, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry, fruit crumble, sour slightly lingering finish. Hints of cherry bakewell.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 29/08/21. Cherry red pour with a faded crimson covering. Nose is tangy berry fruits, raspberry pips, damp straw, dried berry fruits, light funk. Taste comprises berry pips, hint of liquorice, light salt kiss, raspberry yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte climax. Decent fruited Gose.

Aroma is bitter dry red berries, de-hydrated raspberries, cranberries, yogurty funk, pithy dry, blackberries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart blackberries, cranberries, salty tang, Palate is tart, dry, moderate carbonation. Decent.
