Can. Hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, medium sweet. There a spicy bitter edge to the hops and a light savoury vibe. Decent orange with an underpin of light tropical fruits. Finishes light and dry with more savoury bitterness. Long bitter linger. Robust but drinkable.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy bronze body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pear, dried mango and orange peel. Flavour of biscuit, caramel and sour grain. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A muddled beer - rough and slightly sour. Not one of Twisted Barrel’s best.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden/amber body with a medium off-white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of Jelly Babies, pine and orange. Flavour of grapefruit, syrup and orange rind with a peppery hop finish. Medium to full body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Rich, bitter and fruity.

Can from The Beerhive. Milky bronze body with a thick white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of mango, grape brioche and overripe pineapple. Flavour of pine, papaya and minerals with a firm, bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. An intense, tasty beer. The aroma is particularly punchy.

Lovely IPA of the kind that I like. Fruity enough, little bit herbal, creamy and smooth. Tiny bit of hop burn, but that only adds to the flavor intensity. Very nice indeed! Also: yay, owls.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Black pour, brownish foam. Nose: olive/coffee, sweet with a pinch of alcohol note. Mouth: watery with a kick start of infused coffee and vanilla. Lovely.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna, appena torbida, schiuma avorio media. Al naso note di malti tostati, nocciola, caffé, leggera luppolatura. In bocca è mediamente dolce con amaro finale discreto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male.

Can picked up from Twisted Barrel and consumed at home Sunday 2018 whilst cooking Chicken cooked in Pinot Noir & Sour Cherries and Parsnip Puree. Nick has cracked on with the boiler works today. Pours murky gold, really grubby yellow with a white head. A really hoppy zappy burn, a good citrus edge, even a little bit of apricot, it's very good and tastes quite punchy. Like this. Wow this has a fantastic nose but after 10 minutes it does subside. Good bitterness, at first I thought a little aggressive but no I reel that comment back its not at all. Good citrussy bite, nice soft mouthfeel and easy drinking the malty backbone I like. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9

Keg at Cafe beer moth. A clouded golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is pineapple, tang, wheat, earthy wheat, tangerine. Flavour is grainy, harsh grains, tangerine, smoked hop citrus . Palate is semi sweet, grainy, grain, tannin.. Harsh.
