GBBF Day 2. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, mild fine carbonation. Light dry malts, a light but somewhat cloying sweetness. Touches of spice and orangey fruit. Dry finish. Okay.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly wheat, sourish, brett, yeast, a bit farmhouse style. Medium body and average carbonation. Don’t like it.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 2, 13/08/14. This makes me the first person on RB to rate 100 Surrey beers ! Hazed orange golden with a well appointed off white cap. Nose is earthy, orange, straw, bready notes, wheaten bread. Taste comprises clove, spice, bready notes, light nana, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a citric tang. Ok wheat.

Cask at EBF 18, 07/08/14, Black with a good sized dirty tan head that thins and retains. Nose carries big dark fruit vibes, fig pudding, roasted tones, cocoa rub. Taste comprises fig rolls, spice, light booze, chocolate, dark fruits, spice, toffee, touch of liqourice. Medium + body, soft carbonation, trace of booze in the close. Nice impy, well balanced, the figs make themselves known, easy drinking stuff.

Cask gravity at the 2014 GBBF. Loose white head, hazed golden colour. Aroma is berry, fatty sulphur. Strange wheat. Flavour is tart wheat avid, grainy, stale malts. Palate is dull flabby meh.

Cask @ GBBF14. Nice yeasty beginning. the mainpart has nice yeasty Weizen-aroma, but not much deepness. I miss all the typical yeast-flavours. Only the smooth wheat-sweetness is there. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh, easy-to-drink, nice yeast and sweetish wheat. For a wheat-ale ok, for a Weizen there are some flavours missing.

Cask - Sweet hazelnut, dark roast and bittersweet chocolate. Jet black with a brown head. Dark chocolate syrup, coffee and a touch of dark molasses. Pretty decadent.
