Description
First brewed in Spring 2010 as the Wheatsheaf Inn based at Wheatsheaf Inn, High Street, Llantrisant, Pontyclun. It was originally owned by Celt Experience. In 2011 it brewed for a short time using the name Korev, before settling on the current name in Spring 2012 when it separated from Celt Experience. It moved to its current address in Spring 2013 where an 11BBL plant was used. Experimental beers are produced under the Hopcraft banner. Brewing ceased in early 2019.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hopcraft Path Of Least Resistance ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151007] 7-3-7-3-13

Cask at the Euston Tap, West Lodge, 03/02/17. Clear golden with a well appointed off white head. Nose is jammy citircs, orange wine gums, melon, peach, light perfume. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, light pine needle, toasted grains, soft bread, mandarin, light mineral trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse. Solid hoppy cask offering.

Cask at the Euston Tap, East Lodge, 03/02/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is lemon rinds, orange pith, toasted bread, straw, juicy hop flicker, tangerine. Taste comprises melon, soft bread, passionfruit, melon, tangerine, nectarine. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Solid flavoursome hoppy pale, plenty of flavour for the ABV, pretty crushable stuff.
