Cask handpump at The Pint Shop, Cambridge, Thursday 19th January 2017. I was expecting gold but erring more towards mid amber in colour, clear as a bell, looks superb actually. Fruity with a good citrussy bite and a strident bitterness throughout, not as tropical as expected but very nice anyhow. A6 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hopcraft Citra Session ].Clear medium amber yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, hoppy, fruity, pale malt. Full pour at Craft Beer Islington, October, 2016. Cask. Big, bright hop aroma. Lots of citrus and full hop flavor. For a pale ale, rather than IPA, impressive hop character. in good shape from the cask, great palate. A fine American pale ale.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. 5.2% 76 IBU’s. Poured a very slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grapefruit citrus, yeast. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a light, dry, fruity, hop bitter light pepper spice palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Craven, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, floral hop, tart citrus. The flavour is moderate sour light bitter with a light, dry, tart fruit, light pepper spice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A rather interesting and unconventional beer that rapidly grows on you.
