On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - some floral and citrus notes. Taste - lemons and oranges. Light astringent malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - this might’ve suited keg methinks. Decent all the same.

[ As Hopcraft Mors Ex Supera ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, citrus, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151007] 6-3-6-3-12

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 24th January 2017. Clear gold with thin off-white foam. Hoppy aroma with pungent spiciness. Intense zesty hoppiness in-mouth with solid orange and lemon peel. Zesty fruitiness in finish. Smooth mouthfeel and a full body.
