About
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Draft at the Coracle, Ironbridge. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, toffee caramel fudge, light chocolate with a smooth, rich, roasty, fudge, chocolate, light coffee, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pumpkin and overripe melon. Flavour of peach, salted orange and lemongrass. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid Pressure Drop beer but not as punchy/moreish as their finest IPAs.

Can at home from RAD. Hazy orange colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are juicy citrus sweet and slight stone fruit. Smooth body.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Nose is passionfruit, white grape, pear drops. Taste is kiwifruit, white grape, pear drops. Nice flavour combo. Soft fruits & hops in the close.
