About
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Tap. Chubby Seal Holt Norfolk. Hazed up yellow. Nice white swede. Fruit gums and bitter rind. Estery yeasty notes. You know the drill. Juicy and quaffable. Lean bitter finish. Good.

Rocky white head on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Dull malt, earthy & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, short sharp & dry. Bitter, citrus, peach g biscuit tastes with a pithy finish. Deece.

Mostly raspberry but there’s maybe a bit of pineapple in there. Not totally sure really. Maybe the low alcohol explains it.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a white frothy white head. Aroma is fresh candy orange, midget gems, nectarine, peach melba, peaches and creamy, vanilla, creamy wheat. Flavour is composed of semi crisp light bready grains, orange rind, peach melba, midget gems, candy orange, crisp. Palate is light, forthy carbonation, Lingering pineapple splash.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Can at home picked up from the experiment probable. A mosstly clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head Aroma is bergamot, green citrus, lime, wheart, some dirty pine, and floral citrus. Flavour is composed of rounded pale bready malts, wheat, green citrus, pine, floral, powdery mineral. Palate is semi swet, light tang, spriyzt carbonation. Crushable.
