Bottle at THT July. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Vinegar, light pears, glue, funky, grassy, thinner. Very sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. Way too rough.

23/6/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy bitty very pale green gold with minimal head. Aroma is very fruity, appley, citrus, hints of funk and wood. Moderate sweetness and medium tart. Moderate body, average carbonation. Pretty decent.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Extremely pale greenish-yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Fairly nice aroma of apples, possibly also pears. Hints of damp basement and sulphites. Light bodied, medium dry flavour with some acidity. Not the best apple varieties used here, I suspect.

750ml bottle from Gnarly Vines. 2018 Vintage. Pours a murky yellow gold colour with lots of pulpy sediment, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, citric, some funk. Taste is sharp, tart, fruity cox apple, fleshy, citric, acidic, pulpy, mellow acetic funk. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Flaska från SB. Smådisig, blek/ljusguldig med vit krona. Funk, stall, äpple, citrus, äppelmust, citronsaft, jäst. Snäll syra, lagom funkighet. Lättdrucket och fräsch men samtidigt lagom intressant. Gott och snäppet upp från Downside Up.

330 ml bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Clear and extremely pale greenish-yellow straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Distinct aroma of apples, pears and sulphites. Dry flavour of sour apples, hints of pears, also sulphites. Too much acidity and sulphur for my taste.

33cl bottle pours a lime green, no head. One pour was starbright, the other hazy. Nose has green apples, tart apple juice, crab apples, apple core. Flavor is tart crab apple, raw juice, some cheesy notes now, a little white berry. Tart, dry finish.
