Description
Established in 2010, Revolutions is a music-inspired micro brewery producing a range of cask ales of all styles from pale ales through to stouts and porters. Home to the multi award-winning Swoon Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout. The brewery also holds beer from other breweries from Yorkshire and further afield and currently sources beer for many beer festivals across the UK.

Brewing ceased in March 2023.

Cask gravity @ The Duchess of Cambridge, Stamford Brook W6. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Cask @ The Duchess of Cambridge, Stamford Brook W6. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with some weak lactic hints. Roasted malty milk chocolate flavor with weak lactic hints. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish.

Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a light, bubbly head. Toasted grain aroma. Lightly sweet flavor, clean, with woody malts, toasted cereal, very light caramel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish with leafy bitterness and lots of dry, toasted grain. Good.

Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear brown with a light, white head. Nutty, toasted grain aroma. Light caramel sweetness in the flavor, with toast and light cocoa. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild dry finish with notes of toast, grain, toasty caramel, decent bitterness. Good stuff.

Cask at The Craft Beer Company, London. Pours dark, red-brown with a foamy, off-white head. Medium roasted malt aroma. Lightly sweet flavor, dirty heavy roast, dry and leafy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, earthy roast finish, with hints of coffee in the aftertaste. Nice.

Cask at CPK, London. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a faint, white head. Woody, toasty grain nose. Medium sweet flavor, toasted grain malts, faint nuts, honey, leaves, grass, crunchy hay. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Slightly sticky and dry finish, crunchy grains, dry wood, some hazelnuts, dry grass. Very nice.
