Bottled 05/08/14 - Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, pine, resinous notes, caramely malts and fruits. Taste is malty, grassy, hoppy and sweet with loads of pine, resinous notes and caramel. Finish is resinous, piney and hoppy with lingering bitterness and maltiness. Nice one.

Cloudy amber color with creamy head. The aroma is a bit pungent and animal. The mouthfeel is rather dry, and lean, but the hop animal character is evident.

Medium brown with big protein(?) chunks. Citrusy, toasty aroma with a little bit of chocolate. Very bitter...bitter hop, bitter chocolate, roast. This has to be the most assertive example of this I’ve ever had. Well, I’m down.
