16oz can in manzanita Oregon. First ipa from can, figured that would somehow make for a crappy beer - it was terrific! The taste es unique and smooth for almost 8%. Big fan

Cask@GBBF2012. Hazy brown/copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, toffee and some slight herbal and biscuity notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, nectary, mild cookies and biscuits along with some bready and herbal notes.

On tap at Salmon Creek Brewery in Vancouver, WA. Pint arrived a very cloudy, murky even deep orange and a huge pillowy light tan head. Nice bright fresh citrusy hop aroma. Flavor is the classic combo of plenty of IBUs but also tons of fresh hop flavor. Quite bitter actually Full. Fairly heavy palate.

On tap at Saraveza's IIPA Fest, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma of maple syrupy sweetness, some tropical fruits and moderate (for the style) resinous hops. Flavour is sickly sweet for a IIPA, with caramel-like syrupy sweetness, some peach-like tropical fruits, some citrusy hops, but the sweetness dominates. Pretty chewy for the style and while very sweet, still leaves a hoppy, bitter finish. Decent, but off the mark.

500mL can at Saraveza, pours near-black with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and soft chocolate malt. Flavour of chocolate malt upfront, noticeable roasted malt, but this is characterized by the chocolate mostly. Slight astringency from the roasted bitterness. Great stout.

Rated this 5 days ago at the brewery. 2 1/2 oz sample. The way the guy at the brewery was talking I thought this was going to be a sour ale. Has an old gold hue under a weak little head. Fruity nose. It’s lightly tart with an alcohol burn. Just okay.

Rated this 5 days ago at the brewery. 2 1/2 oz sample. I love these beers with heavy metal/butt rock sounding names. LOL. {Ninkasi Helles Belles and Sleigh’r for instance}. Pours slightly hazy gold with a weak white head. Grapefruity nose and a hoppy flavor. Soft carbonation. Decent.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. Opaque black under a beige head. Aroma is roasty with coffee notes. Taste is the same. Seemed dry to me (in the finish). Creamy mouthfeel. Good.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. This was my favorite from the sampler tray I got. Dirty brown hue under a nice beige head. Aroma consists of coffee and caramel; nice. Taste is the same. Soft carbonation. Delicious.
