(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 29 July 2017) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of liquorice, coffee, dark chocolate, a touch of tropical fruit and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, with a fresh hop character. Nice one.

On tap at the Lumsden. Pours amber. Toffee, caramel, sugar, butterscotch, salt, pear, apricot. Finish is quite a nice sweet salty combination. The butterscotch toffee thing feels like a flaw, but I guess it isn't. Odd.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with dad, cheers dad! sat in Frank at Moira Furnace Folk Festival, Moira, Leics/Derby’ border Friday 18th August 2017 whilst warming up our Chicken Dhansak. I thought that I’d had this but found out not. This was a really pleasant golden ale, bags of fruit with some summer stone fruits combining with a dab of citrus. Nice bittersweet balance, enjoyable beer. Hazy straw coloured with a busy white head. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth´s House. A almost clear pale golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of grassy and spicy hops, crisp hops. Taste of grassy bitter hops, green hops, pale malt, nice!
