Light haze on a gold body, frothy white head. Very herbal and soapy nose, light candy, big flowers. Flavor follows, herbs and flowers, honey, dandelions, grasses now. Finishes dry, high carb, bitter, peppery.

A little heavier in aroma on the mosaic side than the riwaka, which is too bad for me as I'm a riwaka junky. Slightly hazy golden pour with decent head. Grapefruit, tangerine. Light bitter end with some hop tang. Can pour at Ocelot.

Wonderful beer here. Super rich hops. Apricot, passion fruit. Some pineapple marmalade--just the right amount. Slightly hazy golden pour with ok head but pretty good lacing. Light bitter end, better body than most NEIPAs. AKA like the original NEIPAs. Tap at Ocelot.

Great stuff. Ocelot on their A-game here. Super rich hops aroma here. Grapefruit, nectarine, lemon maybe. Golden pour with good head and really good lacing. Bitter end, medium body. Very nice. Tap at brewery.

Light roast, some coffe. Black pour with decent head. Nice muskiness that elevates this beyond your average dunkel. That smoky musk stays with you for a bit. Light bitterness as well in the finish. Tap at brewery.
