4 oz pour on draft at Ocelot. Happy 1st anniversary, Ocelot! Aromas of caramel, toffee, bourbon, a little butterscotch, oak. Tastes of caramel, dark fruit, bourbon, oak. Medium body with a dry finish. Nicely balanced.

Hazy golden coloured body with a large and noticeable two centimetre tall just off-white and cream coloured head. Aroma of fruity sourness - lactic acid, coupled with a light citrus scent. Light-bodied; Relatively pungent grapefruit and especially lemon flavour up front with a good. body and some nice malts at the end. Strong yeast and wheat flavours along with some grain, coriander seed and tons of citrus and lactic acid. Aftertaste is nice and dry with a large citrus flavour, some yeast and a touch of grass as well. Overall, a nice and potent sour or wild beer with a lot of citrus flavours and some hints of yeast and brett or spontaneous fermentation I sampled this thirty-two ounce growler, filled a few hours ago at Whole Foods in Fair Lakes, Virginia for US$5,00 - sampled at home in Washington on 02-April-2016 -. what a deal!

From the draft lines at Dominion Beer & Wine. Poured a light, slightly hazy yellow color with a foamy white head. Immediate blast of floral hops. Lots of zest character in this. Body is light, lots of heavy hopping here - bitter finish.
